Jillian was first introduced to the world of theatre at a young age through watching classic movie musicals with her parents. One Halloween she even dressed up as the titular role in Hello Dolly! (much to the confusion of her 5-year-old peers). Growing up in Boston, she loved visiting the A.R.T. and the Huntington Theatre Company, and of course making the occasional weekend trip to NYC to see as many Broadway shows as she could manage. Thanks to the inspiration of her high school drama teacher, she went on to earn a BFA in acting at NYU Tisch. Jillian trained at the Stella Adler Studio of Acting and Stonestreet Studios, and has since worked at the Williamstown Theatre Festival, The Public Theater, and the New York Shakespeare Festival in various performing, production and educational roles. Though Jillian is a fan of musical theatre, she is more often seen performing in straight plays at venues around NYC and Brooklyn. Jillian is thrilled to be a part of the TRW Amateur Licensing team and is grateful to be able to bring the joys of performing live theatre to schools and communities across the country!
