Half Time

HALF TIME is the incredible true story of ten determined dreamers who audition to dance at half time for a major basketball team. They have three things in common: they love to dance, they have something to prove, and they are all over 60 years old. Only after making the cut do they learn they won’t be dancing tap, salsa or swing—instead, they will bring down the house with a style that is entirely new to them: hip-hop. Along the way, through mentorship and friendship, they battle self-doubt, stereotypes and even each other for a chance to bust a move at centre court in front of 20,000 screaming fans.

With a fantastic score by Bob Martin and Chad Beguelin, and additional music by the legendary Marvin Hamlisch, HALF TIME is a heartwarming, high-energy celebration of life, resilience, and the power of believing in yourself. No matter your age, it’s not the end of the game—it’s HALF TIME.

Miss You Like Hell

When a whip-smart, deeply imaginative teenager agrees to take a road trip with her free-spirited Latina mother, neither can imagine where it will take them. Chance encounters with a medley of characters along the way bring them closer to understanding what sets them apart—and what connects them forever. At the heart of the story is a mother-daughter relationship complicated and threatened by immigration policies.
